Industrial Polyaspartic Coating.

Properties

• Solvent free 2 component PAS single coat paint/topcoat (VOC content 65 g/l)
• Thick film application of 100 - 150 microns in one coat
• Very fast drying, regardless of film thisckness and weather conditions such as low temperatures. (below 5 degrees) and or higher
• Good light fastness and weather resistance plus excellent anti corrosive properties when used in combination with a primer
• High mechanical resistance such as impact resistance and abrasion resistance
• High chmical resistance to organic solvents, fuels, oils (fabrication, hydraulic and transformer oils and various acids

Primers

• ESD 182 Ching EP Primer - Fast 2K curing EP Primer for steel structures in heavy corrosive environments, use at low temperatures down to 3 degrees C.
• ESD 152 Ching EP Zinc Dust Primer - Fast drying 2K zinc dust primer with high anti corrosive protection, leaves 94 percent of the zinc on the substrate, for steel structures in heavy corrosive environments, use at low temperatures down to 3 degrees C.
